Doing Things (?)

Currently I'm between jobs, unemployed, underemployed. I even said to someone yesterday that "my job situation is complicated". I guess it is. I currently have 4 leads and am waiting for a call back. No calls last week, but the sense of finiteness regarding spare time has been in the back of my mind. I wouldn't say that I 'wasted' last week -- I spent my time doing some things that I wanted to do (gardening, watching youtube) and not doing other things that I wanted to do (art, craft, writing). I guess I didn't feel like doing things things so much, so I didn't. But late last week I was thinking about making a list of things I'd like to have done, or at least done some work on, before going back to working 5.5 days a week.

Things that included: tidying up in the garden, finishing a craft project, having several blog posts lined up, exploring some different themes in my art. I guess I wanted my remaining time to be a bit more structured. Like writing a list of things to do each morning isn't structured enough? It would be good to actually do most of those things, instead of leaving half of them for the next day (and the next!).

I didn't think about it too much more until this morning when I was reading some stuff online and randomly happened to come across this blog post Minimalism: Time. I read a few other posts from the blog as well. The writer seems to be very young, and yet very focussed and has a lot of tools for making her life the way she wants it. I'm not sure I'd have every hour of every day day of every week planned out like in her example calendar (though I was tempted to draw up one of my own for about 3 seconds!). It did remind me however, of how much time I waste. It's almost as if the more time you have, the less you value it.

The last few months, I've been playing a lot more ipad games. Some of them get you sucked in by having timed quests, so that you need to return at regular intervals to start the next stage of the quest or else you miss out on the rewards. They can be very compelling. I've even caught myself thinking: "I have to make sure I get that Thing! It's important!" I go to bed thinking that I'm going to prioritise checking the game in the morning. Obviously, I find it fun and relaxing, and I can do whatever I want with my time, but at the same time I think there are more fulfilling things I could be doing!

There are about a billion books, blogs and articles on productivity and Getting Shit Done out there, and I've read quite a few of them. I guess this one struck me because I've been thinking about how I spend my time lately. I was also affected by the description of time as sacred -- if you waste it, you can never get it back. It also talked about alive time vs. dead time, which I'm not quite so into (perhaps if they changed the terminology?) but I do understand. It's all about productivity. Or always focussing on what you really want. Or something.

As an antidote to all this, this morning I also read Bjorn Bull-Hansen's latest blog post: The Automation Revolution. Actually, in some ways it's on the same theme -- that of spending your time doing things you want to do, and that make you happy.

So, I decided to re-visit the exercise I first did about 5 years ago, from whats-her-name of the 168 Hours book. (Sorry, too busy writing to look it up right now!) I'm going to keep a record of how I spend my time for 1 week, then analyse it and see where I can make changes. I can already think of a couple of things off the top of my head! Like changing my facebook settings so news articles aren't the first thing I see. I log on there to see what my friends are doing, not to get swept up in reading articles on the latest meme or why you should eat rice for breakfast or what horrible people did next!

Of course, observing something changes it, and if I'm already thinking of changes, then I might not want to wait a whole week to implement them and yadda yadda. But I will just continue on for today and see where it goes. Although, I have to say, spending 20 minutes unable to type because the cat was sitting on my chest was not really in my plans today...

Food Diary

After weeks of searching, I think I've found a food diary app that suits me. It's certainly different from any other I've seen. It's called CountEat.
The thing I've always hated about food diaries is that you have to break down and analyse every single food you eat - 1 tsp margarine, 2 slices bread, what type of bread, how much did it weigh, etc. etc. Spending ages each day, entering it all in: I spend too much time thinking about food as it is. Boring, boring, boring! Stressing, depressing and not to mention annoying!

With this app, you look at the whole meal instead of breaking it down into individual ingredients. Foods are divided into 5 Categories, depending on how many calories they have overall. There are lots of example foods for each category, so it's easy to decide which one my meal falls into. Of course, it works best when I'm honest with myself - and I think I am (most of the time!). The app calculates the average amount of calories in the meal and tells you an estimate of the total you ate for the day. A slider shows my healthy eating range and whether I ate 'too much', 'a healthy amount', or even 'not enough'.
The app won't tell you any exact amounts, only an estimate. But an estimate, a guide, is all I've ever really wanted. Just so I know how I'm going and where I might need to improve. I've only been using it for a few days, but it's really working for me. So this is good.

Now I just need one that tracks my exercise. Still working on that one.

New Things

Yesterday I made a shiny, fancy banner for my blog! Right up the top there! Isn't it pretty? It's an indicator that it's really time to get serious about things.

I read this article in The Age online this morning. The title caught my eye: "This much we know: there's fat chance of staying slim". Of course that would catch a person's eye! It's saying that people can't lose weight and keep it off, no matter how hard they try?! But the article itself isn't that sensationalist. It's by a historian who's written a book on the history of dieting. It looks interesting. There are some interesting snippets of historical information from the book. Did you know that the ancient Greeks practiced bulimia? Edwardians were really into laxatives? And of course, the diet industry is just a sham run by rip-off merchants.
The conclusion is - it is possible to lose weight, not by dieting, but by incremental lifestyle changes and an emphasis on health and fitness rather than pure weight loss. It's not new, but it's a good reminder at this time of year, when rash resolutions and giddy goals are flying around left, right and centre!

Speaking of goals....
I've written a list of 10 goals for 2012. The ones relevant to this blog are:

[3.] Get enough sleep and water.
[4.] Complete the Bed to Couch exercise programme.
[8.] Do a meditation course.

I try to bear in mind the SMART goals formula when I'm making plans for myself. What am I going to do? How am I going to do it? How much is enough?

I've already taken steps (baby ones!) towards some of the goals.
[*] Get enough sleep and water.
I should say: by 'enough' I mean 8 hours of sleep and 2 litres of water. To start with, I set a reminder on my daily to-do app to drink 1 litre of water per day, for the next 2 weeks.
[*] Complete the Bed to Couch exercise programme.
First step was finding the spreadsheet on my computer! Second step is writing out all the levels as I'd only planned out the first 3 previously.
[*] Do a meditation course.
I'm waiting until next month to start looking into this, as courses don't generally tend to start this early in the year. I've put a reminder in my to-do app to do this.

I may or may not post regular updates on my progress, depending on how I feel.

Break Time!

I've had a little break from everything - from work, from my food diary ... and from blogging too, it seems! So, a big update today. Things went really well over Christmas. I'm really proud of myself. I didn't once eat so much that I felt sick. I made sure I ate salad/veges at every meal as well as unhealthy stuff. I didn't drink too much.
(Well, I guess that depends on your definition of 'too much'. Enough to make me feel sick? Or enough to make me say things I shouldn't have? ..... )
Up until Christmas, things were not going too well exercise-wise. I was just too busy. Though running around the shops may have done some good, as B noted the other day that I look smaller from the back. Nice! That made me feel confident enough to weigh myself this morning and sadly, the scales and tape measure tell a different tale. Every measurement is higher! I've put on 1.2kgs since I last weighed myself in early November. I didn't have my last set of measurements to hand this morning, but I think they've gone up, too. More's the pity. But on the bright side, I put on less than 2kgs over the Christmas period! Last year I put on over 5kgs, and it took me all year to get them off again, so it's a win, really. Plus I don't feel terrible about myself like I did last year, either.

Not To Mention ...

Just before Christmas, Boy decided that we should have a blood pressure machine. Last time I went to the Doctor, my blood pressure was astronomical, though I'd been exercising right before I went to see him, so it could have been slightly skewed. (More than slightly!) I'd been a bit worried ever since, but not too much because of the skewed results. So then we bought the blood pressure monitor, which is made by a very reputable company that make ones for real-and-proper doctors as well. We took it home and measured ourselves straight away. Cos we love our new toys!
Well, it's still astronomical. Ahem.

So I have decided to Take Steps. Namely - 1) start putting an effort into exercising again (but building up slowly so I don't bust a vein); and 2) really making an effort to decrease my stress levels by meditating regularly.
And I have meditated every day since then. I find it really daunting, I just always get this idea in my head that I'm bad at it. So I've started with 1 minute per day. I don't time myself. In fact I do it in bed right before I go to sleep. And I find it helps me get off to sleep better. Some extremely stressful things have happened in the last few days, and I think it's helped me cope a bit better, in conjunction with the exercise. Now is time for me! I deserve it!
I'm also working on a list of goals for 2012, but I'll talk about that next time.

In Related News ...

Boy gave me what I wished for, for Christmas - the Zumba for Kinect game!

I've played it once so far and really enjoyed it. I can see myself playing it regularly - hopefully! I love dancing, and that's what this game is all about! I can't review it yet - 25 minutes of playing the most basic tutorials doesn't really give it justice - but we'll see.
Boy and I have been watching a lot of music videos lately to fill in time (while doing knitting or something like that, in my case) and I've been getting an urge to jump up and try to copy the dance moves! But I feel a bit daft and silly doing that, so I haven't ... yet!

Beauty Blather

Not much to say right now - could my obsession be waning? I'm really trying to save money at the moment, so I'm trying to cut back on the impulse purchases. I got an email just before Christmas from the Lust Have It mob, saying there will be no beauty box for January (and no charge). I was so disappointed I almost signed up with 'I Love This Box' (even lamer name!) as I heard some good reviews. But I've resisted so far! I'm not saying I'll resist much longer!
Writing up my beauty products inventory (see links in sidebar) has had another consequence that I didn't intend - it's made me realise how many things I have that are reaaaaalllly old. So I determined that I would throw away 5 items - and yesterday I did it! I sometimes have a tendency to hoarding, so this was in the Good Thing category.

And Finally ...

I'm absolutely obsessed with my new iPod Touch and all the apps I can get for it. In the last few days, I got a To-Do List, and one that I can use to track my exercise, weight and blood pressure (not actually measure them, just record them! ehehhe) and pretty much anything else I can customise into it. But I think my favourite one is LaoTzuLite, with wise quotes. I like to bring up a random quote every morning. Here's today's:

Health is the greatest possession.
Contentment is the greatest treasure.
Confidence is the greatest friend.
Non-being is the greatest joy.

More Random Stuff

Beauty Blather ...

The obsession with beauty products continues. The other week I was out with a friend and she touched up her face with a loose powder compact. I wanted one!! I do carry a beauty pouch in my bag, but it's full of stuff I hardly ever use. I decided to replace that stuff with stuff I'd use a lot!

I was eyeing off some compacts on YesStyle when I was choosing my BB Cream, but I was unsure about spending so much on something I might not like or use, so I didn't get one when I finally went ahead and placed my order. Then on Sunday when I was at Daiso getting some other things I needed, I saw a large range of them. Everything there is only $2.80, so I wouldn't be too upset if it didn't work or match my skin colour. As soon as I got home, I put some on, and it was good! My skin looks less red, and feels fresher. I popped it in my beauty pouch and I'll use it before I leave work to freshen up. I'm starting to feel more like a lady. A real, purty lady!

Writing It Down

Well, hello! It's been a little while. I've been too busy to write. Too busy to exercise, too busy to pay attention to what I'm eating. Every time I think, right, the stress is over, I can stop worrying and get on with things, something else stressful appears that I have to deal with. Paying bills, chairing a meeting at work, having to have medical tests that I can't afford to take time off work for, etc etc! Still, there are things that make me happy - like watching My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and my new Hug Buddy, a stuffed unicorn that I named Wanda. (I'll see if I can post photos next time.) Sometimes a girl just needs to hug something, you know? How much happiness $12 worth of cheap fluffy materials can bring!

In Other News ...

Food. I haven't been paying enough attention lately. On Tuesday I scored 35% on my food and exercise tracker. That's insanely bad! Mind you, it was a public holiday and I went to a barbeque where the only salads were potato ones. Is that a good enough excuse?
I get so conflicted. Part of me thinks - you shouldn't have eaten all that unhealthy food. You should be mindful all the time! Keep your eyes on the prize, all the time! The other part of me thinks - it's a party, have fun! One day won't hurt! Stop worrying and stressing all the time, no wonder you're always unhappy.
No wonder I'm always so confused, more like!

Speaking of food, I'm not sure I like the breakfast cereal I've been eating lately. It's got bits of fibre and almond and macadamia clusters or something. It tastes all right (though not very sweet without any fruit in it). But I've noticed I always feel bloated afterwards, and yet I still get hungry well before morning tea time. This morning I was already thinking about my beetroot dip and celery sticks at 9.30! Perhaps next week I'll try porridge with canned fruit instead.

Meanwhile ...

I must be pretty desperate lately, because last night at the chemist I spent almost $30 on a Quick Trim cleansing drink, endorsed by a certain celebrity famous for doing not much but being hot and having a large booty. You mix 60ml into a glass of water, drink 4 times a day. Then you too, can have a large booty.
Then, for the duration, you're supposed to only eat fruit and vegetables, soup and jelly. Avoid sugar and protein. That's probably going to have more effect on your weight loss than the drink, I reckon! The main ingredient lemon juice, so the drink has a semi-sweet lemony taste. The other main ingredient is aloe vera, which is interesting. I've actually been told to drink it before, as it's soothing to the digestive system. It's also got kombu kelp and a few other herbal things which I don't have time to look up now. So if it works, great! If it doesn't, well, I've bought a very expensive water flavouring. haha!

Seriously, I don't know why I do things like that. Earlier that evening, I'd been writing in my journal. I use my journal to write things that're too private even for here. I haven't written for months (literally), but I bought myself a few mini fountain pen as a treat and wanted to test it out. I ended up writing and writing. Just as I was starting to get down to the nitty gritty, the really painful stuff that I often don't even admit to myself, Boy got home from work! I was deep in a flow of writing, of experiencing thoughts I usually don't acknowledge, of letting them out - and it was a real jerk back into reality to have the bright light switched on and suddenly noise where there was silence. It took me a little while to find my way back to normality. I abandoned my writing mid-sentence. I had to let the thoughts go. Was I on the verge of a break-through? I don't know. But I felt very sad at having to let it go. I also felt very guilty, because of course I was glad to see Boy and welcome him home. I was selfish to wish for more time alone. He kept asking me what was wrong, why I looked sad, and I didn't want to tell him. I barely even knew how to express it to myself, let alone express it to someone else. In the end, I just said that it was the same old thing that I always whinge about. And it really was, actually!

Fashion, Darlings.

Welcome to Thursday! Thursday means getting up early, grumpiness, filing, having a treat for breakfast (a barista coffee and a muffin - a 'tradition' I only started last week!), Lunchtime Walk, and sometimes shopping after work if I'm feeling the need.
Though I won't go shopping today as I was very naughty again and made another order online last night. Oops! I couldn't help it. One of the blogs I read mentioned that that Asos (U.K. based) have a webshop here in Australia now - it opened last week. For the last few months, they had free shipping anywhere in the world, and I placed a couple of orders, just to see what they were like. For a few years now, I'd been thinking about ordering from an overseas fashion supplier, but the high postage, coupled with the uncertainty of not being able to try the clothes on before purchase, had put me off. I've bought clothes on the internet before - mainly things on sale from Virtu and Ebay - despite the risks, and had hits and misses. Sticking to simple, loose styles and buying a size bigger (so I can take it in if it's too big) seem to be good tactics.

Anyhoo. Last night I was so excited that Asos have shown Australia the love by opening a distribution centre here, that I decided to show the love back by making (another) order. The fact they had a 20% off code helped a lot, too.
I got some pants that I'd thought about buying the first time, but decided against. They're a little bit out of my Sartorial Comfort Zone, but last night I thought, what the hell? I also got a bangle and some earrings. They shouldn't take too long to arrive, I hope!

In Related News ...

Sometimes I get all excited and want to start a personal fashion blog of my own. But then I think, naaaaaah! For a start, I don't really think I have anything new to add. There are already thousands (literally) of personal fashion bloggers out there, in all shapes and sizes, working all different types of fashion. How could I top any of them?

This is me: I work full time in a job where I might have to go on long walks to deliver things, or move boxes and other heavy things around at the drop of a hat, yet still have to dress to a business standard (though a fairly casual one, thankfully). So I tend to go more for appropriateness and comfort rather than wow and pizzazz. Flats and pants. I try to make sure I'm wearing at least one item of clothing that's not black, and one accessory, but otherwise it's pretty standard and boring. On weekends I go casual as well. I only wear dresses on special occasions, and that's pretty rare. So my 'style' is really nothing to write home about.

Secondly, it's too much pressure. I know there's no obligation to post Outfits of the Day every single day or anything, but the point of a blog is to update regularly. I imagine I'd feel some pressure to come up with new and creative outfits regularly to have something to post. I don't buy clothes very often (anymore!) so it would be the same thing over and over. My hair's usually quite slubby, makeup minimal and half the time I'm not organised enough to even have clean clothes that actually match. When I think about it, it's really more fun to live vicariously through bloggy fashionistas than to go through all that trouble. On the rare occasions when I do feel like recording/sharing outfits that made me feel fabulous, then I'll draw them and put the drawing up in a What I Wore post on my other blog. They serve the double triple purpose of giving me practice in drawing/painting, being a record of what I wore on a certain occasion, and an excuse to say, "look, I did some art!" on my blog, without drawing too much attention to what the subject of the painting actually is.

Lastly, I'm such a private person, I try to avoid putting up any photos of my face only, let alone the whole sha-bang. Once you start something like that, there's no going back. What if I have a complete meltdown at the very thought that some stranger somewhere saw a photo of my body??! Oi, the scrutiny and attention, I can't imagine it!

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with fashion. I would certainly wear very different clothes if I were thinner. Heck, I'd even wear them right now if they were available in my size! I get so frustrated at the lack of choice. There's some 'higher' power out there that gets to decide how I'm 'allowed' to express myself, just because my hips measure xx centimetres instead of xx centimetres. I could go on and on, but I won't. This post is insanely long already and I didn't mean to turn it into a rant. I'm not a political person by nature, and there are many other bloggers out there who can articulate the issues so much better than I. Maybe I'll post a list of them sometime soon.

Just for fun though, here's my OOTD for today:

[[image - nah, you don't get to see me! Use your imagination!]]

My work outfit - albeit slightly more interesting than normal ...
bright pink v-neck tank top :: Lilly & Lou
short-sleeve drape cardigan with horizontal black and white stripes :: K-mart
black bootleg pants :: Autograph
boring, black, comfortable shoes :: K-mart
necklace with old-gold gypsy flask pendant :: Asos
moss green nails, slightly chipped :: OPI On Stranger Tides Collection
hair style :: senorita bun with slight regrowth

And I'd probably finish with something like:

Ciao Bellas!

My New Top

My brain's a bit fried today, don't be expecting any deep thoughts from me today!
Mum, you'll be glad to hear that I'm now taking all my tablets and vitamins again, and I ate my boiled egg this morning. I'm also going to try having some Chia seeds every morning like it says in Good Health magazine.

Meanwhile ...

I'm wearing my new top today. It's a little bit different for me, and I'm a bit excited and nervous about it. Why is it different?
1. It has a belt! My waist is being defined. There it is, right there! Actually, it's a little annoying, I feel like I have to keep adjusting it. But hopefully I'll get used to it. Also, the top part poufs over the belt a little bit, which I like, too.
2. It has a bold print on it! There are huge red roses all across the bodice part. Yes, this top has personality!
3. It's black, and it has red bits! Normally I hate to wear black (at least in a top) because it seems so stereotypical for large ladies to wear all black, plus I really do like bright colours. But I don't mind with this top, because the bright red roses totally do away with that concern. I don't normally wear red, either, but the flowers are in different shades of red and pink, and they look quite feminine.

I really should just post a picture of it - now that I can do that here!
On my Craft Blog, I have Ditzy Tuesday, where I post a picture I've found on the intertubes of something I'd like to make, or something that's just cool. Maybe I'll do that here, too. It's my blog, I can do whatever I like!

So here is today's Ditzy Tuesday photo. Oh, Rilakkuma bear bento! Yummy and cute!

Tuesday Observations

I've started eating my boiled egg in the mornings again this week, and I'm noticing the difference already. So I definitely think it's worth it. I have more energy, and get less hungry at breakfast and at morning tea time. My portion of porridge or yoghurt doesn't seem so small, either.

Went for a nice walk after work last night, but my legs got sore soon after I set out. They were sore most of the evening as well. I've also been having pain in the back of my knee, like a nerve pain. I was a bit worried. I'll mention it to the chiropractor on the weekend.

Temptation

We've had biscuits here for morning tea two days in a row! Argh! Yesterday I had 5. Today, I put 4 on my plate, but I only felt like eating 3. That's pretty cool. Then a bit later on I felt a little peckish again, instead of eating the last biscuit on the plate, I just had a cup of green coffee. Maybe I'll eat the biscuit after lunch. Speaking of green coffee, I'm down to my last sachet. I can't decide whether to buy more. It's a 'special' one that you can only get from the chemist, which supposedly is an appetite suppressant (... weight-loss aid ... ancient Asian wisdom updated for today's busy woman ... blah, blah ... ) I've gotten used to having something on hand to drink if I get hungry after morning tea, but it's not lunch time yet. The green coffee's been good for that because it's easy to prepare: you just dump the sachet in the cup. And, unlike tea, I can use the same mug from my morning coffee and it won't taste funny, so there's less washing up. I also like the taste, which makes me care not as much whether it actually has the properties it claims. Recently I saw that Nescafe now has a green coffee drink which you can buy at the supermarket. I didn't buy any because I thought it was snortingly expensive, but I got to try some when I was at Mum's house. I didn't like the taste as much as the one I've been drinking. I don't remember the exact prices, but I think the chemist one is actually about the same price, perhaps even less (ironically). So I might pick some up next time I go to the chemist (I'm not going to make a special trip though, not in this weather!).

Went to weigh myself this morning, because I was feeling pretty good about everything, and was curious as well, and the batteries in my scales have run out! Durnit! I'll have to get Boy to get some new ones.

Oh, it's been so cold lately!! I'm starting to think of it as S.I.C. (So Insanely Cold :) ). My normal plan of walking part of the way home after work is completely out the window this week. Monday I didn't do any exercise. I just came home and curled up on the couch. Yesterday I unwrapped my new yoga mat and and did my yoga DVD. The mat isn't as good as the old one - it's thicker, but not as 'grippy' on my feet so they slide a bit when I'm in a wide stance; also it kinda stretches when I'm in a wide stance as well. I nearly fell over a couple of times because of it. Oh well, what can you expect for $15 K-Mart crap? :O I wasn't very enthusiastic and I didn't do all of the moves, but I still felt much better afterwards. More relaxed and stretchy, and my hip didn't hurt, and when I bent over I could touch my toes straight away instead of having to work up to it. (Or 'down' to it, actually ;) ) So ... yoga, yeah! Every time I do yoga, it reminds me of why I should do it more often. Tonight I want to do my strength-training session though. I did it last week for the first time in ages, and I felt pretty good afterwards. Sore, but good! I'm sick of feeling weak and not being able to lift as much at work. So I'm going to do the training again, and again, and again! :)

It's Friday, People!

Woohoo, it's Friday!

Last night I logged on to Forum on the CCA (Crohn's and Colitis Australia) website for the first time, and I'm glad I did. There's not a huge amount of chat yet, it's only been around a couple of months, but it's really good to read about other people who have Colitis. The best part was the Ask an Expert section. I found out a few interesting things. The type of medicine I'm on is not actually an immuno-suppressant, it's only an anti-inflammatory. So I don't have to worry any more about having a depressed immune system. I'm still going to take my Mum's advice ("make like Howard Hughes!") though because I've only gotten a cold once since I started doing that, and I used to get sick quite a lot. So it seems to work.

The other interesting thing I read was about the risk of bowel cancer. Well, when I first got Colitis I read that there's a much higher risk (30% of sufferers will get it given enough time) and it's always been in the back of my mind ever since. But last night I read that it all depends on how much of your digestive system is affected and how much of the time the area is inflamed. I have a much lower risk than people with Crohn's because the inflammation is limited to the colon whereas for people with Crohn's, it can be anywhere along the whole doo-whacky. Which is very sad for them. The other important thing is keeping the inflammation to a minimum. So as long as I keep my tummy nice and calm, the risk isn't much higher than the general population.
Interesting stuff.

As for keeping the tummy calm, well sometimes I feel like I'm my own guinea pig. :) Since I started Bye Bye Fructose on Monday, I've only felt sick once, and I'm pretty sure that was an unrelated thing, so I think I'm doing pretty well. I'm also taking all the vitamins, etc that my specialist has told me to take (for once) no matter what the cost, so I'm hoping to feel pretty good, pretty soon!

Fructose Be-Gone!

My pants feel a bit loose today! I can't remember if these pants are normally loose or not ... but dammit, I feel thinner!

Today is my second day of avoiding high-fructose foods. I want to think of a name for it, something that rolls off the tongue, like Farewell Fructose, or Fructose Be-Gone, or something like that. And guess what - this morning I didn't have any of the stomach cramps or down-below problems that I often have in the mornings. Yeah! It'll take longer than just one day to find out if this is more than just a coincidence, obviously, but I'm feeling pretty good about it.
